"Rich and lush flavors of black cherry, smoked plum, acerola, cranberry, and mild black currant, with a slight dusky vegital quality that highlights the fruit, rather than overpower it"

Schrader, 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
Napa Valley
Rich aromas of black cherry, minerals and coffee bean with a note of sweet tobacco. Youthful and somewhat acidic and tannic, however, there is a core of bright cherry fruit that remains front and center. The close shows a light tartness, yet it holds onto the lingering sweetness. $35
